PC Installation
We can make sure you make the most of your PC. When it comes to setting up a new PC we can do this for you. Please see the list below to see what is included in the PC installation cost. We will install your PC either in your home or office. With our experience you can rest assured the work will carried out to the highest standards. 

• Starting up the PC and setting up the operating system and installing the most up to date security patches
• Setup of new computer peripherals
• Broadband and Dial-up set-up configuration (including email)
• Wireless network setup (if required)
• Copying of existing data from old computer to the new (If required)
• Familiarizing you with your new PC 

On-Site PC Installation Charges: £50.00

PC Upgrades
Let us take the hassle out of installing upgrades. We can do this for you, we will check the suitability of the upgrade before the work is carried out. We will also carry out the upgrade either in your home or office, so you know it’s been done correctly and is ready to use. Please see the list below to see what is included in the price. The cost of the upgrade installation does not include parts.

• Installation of the software / hardware upgrade
• Testing of the upgrade or peripheral to ensure that it is working correctly

On-Site PC Upgrade Charges: £25.00 per hour plus parts

PC Repairs
From time to time PC's can become unusable, due to virus infection or a hardware issue. For all repairs we provide an initial diagnosis and estimate. If you are then happy to continue we will then complete the repairs onsite, ensuring that everything is working correctly before we leave. In most cases where there is no hardware fault we can complete the work in a single visit. The cost of a PC Repair is calculated as below plus parts.

On-Site PC Repair Charges: £25.00 - per hour plus parts if required

PC Heath Check
From time to time your PC may slow down and start acting strangely. This can be caused by a number of different reasons (e.g. viruses, spyware. large number of temporary internet files etc). This is a good time to have a PC health check carried out on your PC to get it running like it should. Please see the list below to see what is included in the PC health check.

• Full virus scan and viruses removed if found.
• Full scan for Spyware and removal if found.
• Full de fragmentation of Hard drive.
• Removal of Temporary Internet files.
• Installation of the latest security patches.

 PC Heath Check Charges: £45.00

Broadband Setup
If you are new to broadband or have swapped to a different provider the setup can sometimes seem to be a little daunting. We can take the stress away and will visit your home or office and reconfigure your PC and router (if applicable). Email will be reconfigured with your new setting and a test email will be sent to make sure things are working as they should. Please see the list below to see what is included in the Broadband setup.

• Reconfigure PC / Router.
• Email accounts Setup and tested .

Broadband Setup Charges: £25.00. If configuration changes are required on more than 1 pc a cost for every other PC will be £15.00

PC Remote Support Call
In most instances a remote support call can be purchased. This will enable us to connect to your PC over the internet and fix your problem from our office. You will be able to see everything that is being done to resolve your problem. To use this facility you will be required to pay for a support call over the internet using your credit/debit card. Once we have received payment we will contact you immediately (usually within 5 minutes of the payment being made. The charge for this is £20.00

Custom Microsoft operating system (Windows 2000 and XP) image creation
This is ideal for companies and training suites where the configurations have to be the same and downtime has to be kept at a minimum. This speeds up PC restoration so you are up and running ASAP. Please call to discuss your requirements.
